Practice Design Group creates East Shore Solutions Multi-specialty facility

East Shore Solutions Professional Center.

East Shore Solutions Professional Center is the unique design outcome of four dental specialty practices collaborating to share infrastructure and resources. The result is a community significant 28,000 SF structure that maximizes each practice’s potential to attract referrals and also offer one stop comprehensive case solutions to patients.

Sedated patient exit visually separated from the main entry is priority for specialty practices and general practitioners using advanced sedation techniques. Ideally a covered exit with vestibule extends to an area where cars can stop and pick up patients as they are transferred from a wheelchair to the vehicle. A “porta cochere” is more space consumptive than is typically justified in this scale of project and most private practice dental facilities.
